She advises traders, artisans and SMEs in the essential acts of business life:
constitution, monitoring of social life, contracts, business transactions, securities transmissions.
Maître Coralie LABARRIERE is in charge of litigation in commercial law, corporate law, social law,for both employees and employers, and ensures a convincing presence in front of the Tribunals.
Master Coralie LABARRIERE is also Secretaryof the Institute of Law BORDEAUX Bar Affairs.

obtained at the University of Bordeaux. He is also a PhD student in Business Law and Companies in difficulty.
He has recognized experience in contract law, corporate law and tax law.
In particular, he assists clients in the restructuring, legal secretariat of companies, aswell as advisory and litigation in the field of taxation.
Thanks to his good knowledge of the business world and his requirements both in a European and OHADA world,he will be a good relay to answer the problems related to the establishment of French and foreign companies wishing to settle in Burkina Faso and in the various African countries of OHADA tradition.
